Ramen- it is very common food in Japan. People in Japan loves ramen. Once we hear there is good ramen somewhere, some of us decide to go for ramen restaurant all the way even the restaurant is far from our house.
Nanashi is the restaurant where you have to try if you are in Aobadai.
Where is the restaurant?

Nanashi is located 5mins from Aobadai station. You can reach after 2nd traffic junction from the station which nearby Seijyo Ishii super market. Nanashi has 7 stores in this Kanagawa & a part of Tokyo region (Machida, Tama-plaza, Nakayama, Okurayama,Kamiooka, Koonandai,Kashimada, Sagamihara).
Atmosphere
There are 3 tables in the restaurant for family or group use. Counter seats are also available. If you go this restaurant alone, do not worry, you can use this counter seat and enjoy ramen alone! No need to be shy if you go alone, because it is very common to go ramen restaurant alone in Japan!
Food

Krista ordered Nanashi ramen (880yen) and half gyoza(3pcs 210yen) as a set.(That’s standard menu for Japanese in the ramen restaurant isn’t it?) I was destructred by other ramen menu because they have a few interesting menu but this is first time for me to enjoy Nanashi ramen so that I ordered standard one first. This restaurant has also low-carbo noodle which attractes women’s customer!

As many people highly recommended, their soup is delicious. Nanashi ‘s soup is Tonkotsu based. ( Used100% pork-leg bone) Krista is basically a lover of soy-sauce based ramen but Nanashi Tonkotsu soup is not that oily as expected so she can enjoy their soup so much. If we order Nanashi ‘s special ramen (zenbu nose ramen), we can choose 4 types of soup which includes soy-sauce taste but all based soup is Tonkotsu.
For the noodle, they use Hokkaido wheat to make their noodle. Yes, it is crunchy. It goes well with soup. Whenever I eat noodle, I come across my feeling that I don’t want to finish eating it soon, hope this happiness can continue forever..
Their char-siu pork is perfect. Jucy and thickness enough. Must item in Ramen. I personally check char-siu port in any ramen shop whenever I go. Some are very dry and tasteless. Here is perfect!
Interesting thing for me is they put bamboo shoot in ramen which I never acrossed before. It goes well with tonkotsu soup , too.
