Talking about Italian restaurant in Aobadai, residents who have been living in Aobadai for long should recall ” Greenhouse Aobadai” .Greenhouse Aobadai has been in Aobadai since 1978 and loved for long in Aobadai.
Where is the restaurant ?
Greenhouse Aobadai is at the roof top of the building where locates 2mins from Aobadai station. Exit the west in the station, walk towards to Tsutsujigaoka direction. Turn left (after MUFG ) in the 1st junction (in front of Tokyu Square South) then you can find the GH building that has Greenhouse Aobadai just next to the convenience store “My basket” .
Use the small lift in the building. You can find the lift because there are many menu board . The lift goes directly goes to the restaurant!
Atmosphere
Restaurant atmosphere is opened and bright. For the dinner time, indirect lights in the restaurant creates romantic mood. It would be good for dating of course, and also for friends’ gathering, too. The picture is the terrace where is very popular area in the restaurant. It’s better to make reservation to secure the table.
Food
I ordered lunch course(1,800yen). My lunch as 6 items including drink& dolce. Fresh salad is big amount enough ! Cold potage soup and omelette comes with salad. Just nice amount for the appetiser.
Main dish I ordered this day was risotto. Chef cooked this risotto with seasonble items which was persimmon! Persimmon for the risotto?? That’s strange ! I wondered this ingredients for the risotto but I dared to try because I trust Greenhouse Aobadai’s capability. (lol) But surprisingly, the tatse is great! gorgonzola cheese matches well with sweetness of this persimmon! It was beautiful risotto. Chef in this restaurant uses seasonable stuff so always we can enjoy their italian food with their surprised culinary techniques!
Talking about Risotto, Greenhouse has their signature risotto. The staff can add cheeze and risotto in front of you.
Dolce was yogurt mousse this day. This restaurant dolce is always just nice size after fulfilled by main dish. And less sweetness is happy for women.
By the way, drink service is freeflow! I love their orange juice:) There are several soft drink and coffee & tea.
For the dinner, there are also course menu. The restaurant become more romantic by their lighting arrangement. At the romantic ambient, please enjoy fine italian food with beautiful wine in Greenhouse Aobadai!

This restaurant is giving me good vibe whenever I go. Probably we can enjoy their food with great ambient and friendly staff. I think cost performance is good ,too. Course menu has 6 items and 8 tems for the lunch, which are pretty a lot. This time, I had tried risotto though (since I never tried their risotto) their pasta is also great. Their taste is not that strong but also just nice. So, we feel like eating more than we ordered actually!
