1: Tonkotsu Ramen Nanashi （とんこつラーメン 七志 ）
Nanashi is very popular ramen restaurant in Tokyo and Kanagawa pref. Their soup base is Tonkotsu – made with pork belly and bone-. They have also healthy menu which has cut off 50% carbohydrate of the noodle.
In the restaurant, there is counter seat, too. Even one person can enjoy there without any hesitation.
Every 3rd Sunday , kids can experience to make ramen in their kitchen. (Limited the number of attendance.) Please ask the detail to the restaurant.
